The week-long programme, stage presentations, one-on-one coaching, and thrills and drills of engaging ballroom experiences will be wrapped up with other exciting activities.
Delegates will among other things be taught clarify diversity of issues – corporate governance, decision making and implementation, leadership development, strategy formulation, performance measurement, change management, among others, x – ray the impact of the new global economy, technological innovations, explosive public expectations, political insensitivity on the efficient performance of the governing council, understand how to become exceptional leaders – to challenge the existing status quo, leverage their talents to motivate and inspire change in the council, communicate a goal so clearly that others are inspired to act and stoke their passions for the goal, and explore their emerging roles as council members and the ways to improve their personal efficacy and maximize resource effectiveness for stand out performance.
They will also gain technical and detailed insights into the structure and policy principles of the governing council, functions and operations, as well as the impact of the environment, understand the tenets, policies and strategies of resource allocation and implementation, know how to build leadership and executive alignment.
